Lionhealth Società Benefit is an innovative start-up and has as its mission to combat malnutrition associated with serious diseases by developing a line of Food for special medical purposes in collaboration with universities, research centers and patient associations.
We have a very intense growth plan to increase staff dedicated to new product development, so we are looking for a new team member who is feeling lion or lioness in the role of senior science manager. The figure sought will be responsible for:
- Supervise scientific materials from a clinical point of view;
- guideline study and literature search for in-depth study and study of the area of interest in order to bring out needs and innovative solutions for new product development;
- Managing relationships with KOLs and patient associations (including hospital meetings);
- Managing the regulatory aspects;
- Manage the development of new products, prototypes, and evidence generation.
What are we looking for?
- Strong problem-solving skills and results orientation;
- Multi-tasking skills and ability to work with high quality standards in short time frames;
- Prior experience in similar roles of at least 3/5 years in life science, healthcare, R&D, nutrition (gastrology, and oncology preferred but not mandated);
- Bachelor's degree in science/biotechnology/pharmaceutical sciences;
- Excellent use of the office package;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.

We have a very intense growth plan to increase staff dedicated to/for clients, so we are looking for new team members who feel like lions or lionesses, in the role of Regional nutrition manager North, Central and South (3 professionals/and).
We are looking for people with first and foremost problem solving, speed and sense of priorities, who will be a complete manager/manager of their territory and lead the growth of Lionhealth in their assigned area. This role is ideal for someone who has a desire to build something from the beginning, feeling like an actor/actress in the first person, which is why the company provides a stock option plan that makes the person feel an active part of the growth and results.
The main activities are:
- scientific medical information, at the categories of specialists/specialists, prescribers/prescribers and non-prescribers, of listed products and management of the territorial KOLs;
- management of purchases from the NHS of its territory and a pull of private pharmacies;
- Operational synergy with internal colleagues/colleagues (specularity/transversality);
- Management and governance of scientific projects and events;
- Compliance with the code of ethics/work instructions.
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in the same role, gained in pharmaceutical or nutritional product company settings, preferably achieved with hospital specialist(s) working in: gastroenterology, geriatrics, neurology, nutrition, hospital pharmacy, oncology, and regional health referral(s);
- Bachelor's degree in science;
- active listening;

The team has launched the first product and wants to expand with one/one Brand assistant, who, guided by his/her manager, will be responsible for:
- Collaborate in planning and implementing communication campaigns aimed at patients;
- Support in the creation of scientific/medical writing and content for social media and website;
- Support in the creation of informational materials;
- Support for the development of new projects;
- Participate in the management of brand-related events and promotional activities;
- Conduct market research for competitor analysis.
