We have a busy growth plan, and we feel it is critical to be able to better manage financial resources, so we are looking for a new team member who feels like a lion or lioness, in the role of Controller & Accountant.
We are looking for people primarily equipped with problem solving, speed, and numbers sense, who can help the CEO and head of Finance with ordinary operations, but also extraordinary operations. As we grow, this role will also have increased responsibility and internal career opportunities.
The main activities are these
- Management reporting to support business decisions;
- Management of the active and passive cycle;
- Supporting routine and extraordinary administrative activities
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision making;
- Optimize cost control by proposing strategies to improve profitability;
Requirements
- High problem solving skills and proactivity;
- Results orientation;
- Diploma in accounting and/or bachelor's degree in business;
- Prior experience in similar roles;
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (especially Excel);
- good knowledge of written and spoken English

We are looking for a Clinical Trial & Medical Affairs Manager to join our team for the planning, management, monitoring, and supervision of clinical trials (interventional and observational) in support of our products' rationale. The candidate will play a key role in generating robust clinical evidence, medical-scientific dissemination, and ensuring dialogue with the clinical community.
Main responsibilities:
- Support in the planning and conduct of clinical studies with:
- definition of the protocol;
- verification of data compliance with the protocol and GCP;
- coordination of study operations (start-up, conduct, close-out);
- Writing monitoring reports and managing documentation.
- Development of medical scientific content: clinical dossiers, scientific product rationales, content for communication materials.
- Management of relations with the clinical community and scientific support for the network of regional managers.
- Participation in scientific boards and conferences.
Requirements:
- minimum of 3 years' experience in similar roles;
- CRA/Clinical Monitor certification;
- Experience in monitoring clinical trials;
- Good knowledge of GCP regulations;
- Accuracy, autonomy, and good interpersonal skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Excellent use of the office package;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.

We are looking for a new member to join our team, someone who embodies the characteristics of a lion or lioness, to fill the role of Regional Nutrition Manager South (territorial areas: Campania, Puglia, Basilicata).
We are looking for someone who is highly proactive, curious, skilled at problem solving, quick-thinking, quick-acting, has a strong sense of priorities, and is able to manage and develop their territory in a comprehensive and independent manner. This role is ideal for those who want to build something from the ground up and feel like they are playing a leading role.
The main activities of the Regional Nutrition Manager are:
· Mapping and management of strategic accounts (region, hospital, local health authority, reference centers);
· Planning of customized strategies for each key customer;
· Analysis of the clinical and organizational needs of stakeholders (hospital pharmacists, gastroenterologists, oncologists, food science specialists);
· Internal coordination with area teams (sales, market access, medical, marketing);
· Monitoring of budgets and public tenders;
· Negotiation of commercial terms in compliance with current regulations;
· Training and scientific support for key account representatives.
Minimum requirements:
- minimum 4 years' experience in the same role (preferably in clinical nutrition);
- Bachelor's degree in science;
- propensity for active listening;

- Proactivity and aptitude for problem solving;

We have a very intense growth plan, which includes increasing staff dedicated to new product development, so we are looking for a new team member who feels lion or lioness, in the role of senior brand manager. The position sought will be responsible for:
- Passionately lead the cross functional team to develop the next FSMPs to be launched;
- Define strategies and implement product business plan and develop positioning;
- Develop marketing and communication plans for a new product launch;
- Interface with external stakeholders in complete autonomy;
- Managing the assigned marketing budget;
- Analyze the internal and external context in relation to assigned goals.
What are we looking for?
- Strong problem-solving skills and results orientation;
- Multi-tasking skills and ability to work with high quality standards in short time frames;
- Prior experience in marketing roles, of at least 3 years in Healthcare companies (with preference on medical food, but not essential);
- Bachelor's degree in science/biotechnology/pharmaceutical sciences;
- Excellent use of the office package;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
